NeuroDrive is a provider of workplace solutions for employees who are neurodivergent or have another condition requiring support. We provide an end-to-end service beginning with a workplace needs assessment for the client.
Where Access to Work funding is required, we guide the client through their application, ensure that the recommended assistive technology is received and implemented smoothly, then deliver a tailored programme of training and coaching.Â

Support for a neurodiverse workforce
Roughly 15% of the population is neurodivergent. Some sources, like this one from Forbes magazine, say the percentage of neurodiverse employees in the workforce may be as high as 20%.
