Getting Started
It all starts when the client reaches out to us for support. We’ll introduce ourselves and try to learn as much about the client as possible before setting a date for their Workplace Needs Assessment.
Once we’ve gathered sufficient background information on the client, we’ll set a date for their Workplace Needs Assessment.

Assessment
The Workplace Needs Assessment typically lasts between 1 and 2 hours. During that time our NeuroDrive assessor will get to know the client and their job roles and responsibilities.
The objective is to find out what aspects of the client’s job is being affected by their neurodiversity so that the assessor can recommend potential solutions.
Recommendations
Assessment Report
Once your Workplace Needs Assessment is complete, the NeuroDrive assessor will write up a report detailing the specific challenges discussed along with the assessor’s recommended solutions and justification.
The report will include a proforma invoice so that Access to Work are aware of the costs which require funding. The NeuroDrive team will support the client as they submit their Access to Work application and await their response.

It's a meeting between a NeuroDrive specialist assessor and the employee to understand their role, strengths and the parts of the job affected by their neurodiversity. The assessor then recommends reasonable adjustments, such as assistive technology, training and coaching.
